Welcome to Robert Frost Appraisal Services. I have been appraising homes in the Phoenix Metro area for over 37 years with a focus on the southeast part of the Valley.
Appraising homes is what I do. I appraise homes, condos, 2-4 plex apartment units, mobile homes (real property), relocation assignments and vacant land. I've been around and get around.
I can provide an appraisal for a purchase, refinance, proposed construction, divorce, for sale by owner, estate and/or tax reasons. Are you considering building a house? I may be of help providing some advise that could affect the marketability of the home. Service that's fair, honest and unbiased.
