Frost Appraisal

Welcome to Frost Appraisal

Appraising homes

Appraising Homes is my business!

Welcome to Robert Frost Appraisal Services.  I have been appraising  homes in the Phoenix Metro area for over 31 years with a focus on the  southeast part of the Valley. I live, eat, and breathe houses.

Not literally.  That's impossible. But appraising homes is what I do.  I  appraise homes, condos, 2-4 plex apartment units, mobile homes (real  property), relocation assignments and vacant land.   I've been around and get around.
I can provide an appraisal for a purchase, refinance, proposed  construction, divorce, for sale by owner, estate and/or tax reasons.   Are you considering building a house?  I may be of help providing some  advise that could affect the marketability of the home.  Service that's  fair, honest and unbiased.
Give me a call and see if I can help.  If I can't help, I will let you  know.   Contact Robert Frost, SRA at 480-200-1551 or via email at
